Located on the 4th floor of Siam Paragon, this branch marks the debut of Slim Pig, a new concept born from the beloved Fatt Chicken Rice brand. While Fatt Chicken has been known for its comforting Hong Kong–style chicken rice, Slim Pig brings a bold new energy — transforming the classic Asian comfort food experience into a vibrant Hong Kong Diner setting.

At Slim Pig, every dish celebrates warmth and nostalgia with a playful twist. The menu features signature items such as crispy roast pork, char siu, soy sauce chicken, and double-boiled soups simmered for hours to bring out rich, heartwarming flavors. Pair them with Hong Kong milk tea, custard bao, or Oolong pudding for a full sensory experience that balances tradition and fun.

​The creative force behind Slim Pig is Chef Enoch Teo, a Singaporean chef with over 17 years of culinary experience. Having trained in Michelin-starred restaurants such as André and Les Amis, he later made his mark in Thailand through The Next Iron Chef Thailand Season 2 and Top Chef Thailand 2023.

With his signature precision and passion for authentic Asian flavors, Chef Enoch redefines comfort dining — blending craftsmanship, playfulness, and soul into every plate.
